修复重启模块

今天修好了昨天写的重启模块。其实, 我写的bug主要是把AXI GPIO的MMIO地址映射配错了, 0x60400000配成了0x00400000, 由于实验室显示器分辨率较低, 我没看出来, 回到家用4K显示器就一下子发现了。

修复后, 我遇到并处理了一下时序问题。
