加入重启模块

今天尝试为之前的SoC加入正确的重启模块。之前重启是跳回首条指令, 很不正确。为此, 我加入了AXI GPIO, 然后把GPIO的输出接到复位信号上面, 最后在设备树里配置了gpio-restart。但是测试发现不工作, 有待调试。
