GCC 6 的一些变化

GCC 6 似乎默认开启了PIC以及PIE编译选项, 于是我的bootloader编译出来的结果和我预期的不一样, 进而不能正常启动。加入编译参数 -fno-PIC -fno-PIE 就可以暂时解决这个问题。
