全局强制HTTPS

今天忽然受到启发, 想把全站开启https。

说是开启https, 其实是顺便开了个http2然后开启了强制https。因为, 我之前部署的是spdy, 然后并没有强制使用。

主要就是nginx的重新编译以及配置, 还有hsts的配置。

据说http2比spdy要快一些, 不过显然还是比不加密要慢。
