SDRAM控制器坏了

要改VGA分辨率, VGA的时钟频率也要改变。

于是, 和SDRAM控制器通信的频率也会发生变化, 我把800×600改为了640×480, 所以VGA的频率下降, 所以显示一个像素的时间可以读取到更多的数据。

然而, 我的SDRAM控制器出现了奇怪的问题。
