读取串口

乱写了个有问题的串口接收器。

有问题是因为我直接弄了个和波特率一样的时钟, 然后在接收串口的时候只需要在时钟上升沿读取RXD信号。

有可能碰上串口下降沿刚好和时钟上升沿在一个时刻, 于是接下来读取的数据就是不准确的了。
