Windows 2003 多用户评测的小问题

我使用libjudge撰写某评测机发现了一个有趣的现象:

单用户评测均无任何问题。

但是多用户的时候, 在Windows 2003测试, 重启评测机程序会导致JSTATUS_GENERIC_ERROR(可能是登录错误什么的, 可能是句柄一些东西没有销毁什么的, 似乎不是第一次重启就会出现)。

必须重启操作系统才能再次开启评测机程序。

在Windows 2008 R2 下测试, 无论重启多少次都不会有这个问题。
