优化bootloader

今天进一步优化我的SoC的bootloader。考虑到之前的memcpy是逐个字节复制, 效率低下, 我参考glibc和musl-libc的方法进行了优化, 发现memcpy还挺复杂的。此外, 我还优化了Internet校验和计算。
