修LLVM

今天继续研究了LLVM在编译内核时开启LTO遇到的问题, 发现了问题所在, 是之前某个patch声称修好了这个问题, 但是实际上并没有完全修复这个问题。我进一步修了这一问题, 并向社区提交了patch。
