实验框架升级IPv6

根据统一安排, 新学期的路由器实验统一升级为IPv6单栈, 因此我对应升级了硬件路由器的实验框架。

另外, 实验框架现已公开: https://github.com/thu-cs-lab/tanlabs , 但请注意, 该代码仓库目前并非使用开源协议授权, 后续可能会有所调整。
