继续研究昨日bug

今天继续研究昨天发现的问题, 基本上能够在某些实验板上较稳定地复现, 基本确认是实验平台有问题。我们猜测是实验板在接收”CPLD串口”的数据时, 在某些情况下会丢失几个bit, 从而导致后面的字节全部错误。
