我中心监测到北京联通紫竹院地区于今日凌晨一时许开始系统升级，升级完后家庭宽带PPPoE不再分配公网IPv4地址，企业宽带未见明显变化（仍分配动态公网IPv4地址）。

此外，IPv6地址已于几年前开始分配。
