开始开发NAT64主流水线

今天开始开发NAT64流水线, 从各个端口进入FPGA的所有数据包都会经过这个流水线。这个流水线宽度1024bit, 合128字节, 转换所需的头部信息恰好全在其中; 流水线设计频率156.25MHz, 内部处理带宽期望达到1024bit × 156.25MHz = 160Gbps。
