处理分片

今天给tun464加入了对分片的IP包的翻译。翻译导致这个虚拟网络接口(tun设备)对IPv4表现出的MTU和对IPv6表现出的MTU不一致, 于是我将其一分为二, 分为两个接口, IPv4部分和IPv6部分了。

感觉我的464翻译器基本可用了。
