操作系统课程设计: 大致可以启动shell

修复了几处平凡的bug, 我们的sv6 RISC-V 64移植版本大致可以启动shell了。

接下来还需要把时钟中断和键盘输入调好, 以及开启多核, 不过根据设计, 开多核应该很快。
